Return and Refund Policy
At Bolted Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, please contact us within this window with your order number and a description of the issue.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item received is significantly different from what was described or pictured
• The wrong item was delivered
To process your claim, we’ll ask for photo or video evidence of the issue. This helps us resolve things quickly and work with our fulfillment partners to prevent future problems.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we are unable to accept returns for the following:
• Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
• Items where the issue is not documented with photos or video
Refund Process
Once we’ve reviewed your claim and approved your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
Return Shipping
In most cases involving damaged or defective items, you will not need to ship the item back. We may ask you to dispose of or donate the item instead. If a return shipment is required, we’ll provide instructions and cover the cost for defective or incorrect items.
